Code of Ethics for Staff of Assessment Centers
Article 1: Adhere to the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, establish good professional ethics, and actively and enthusiastically serve certified enterprises.
Article 2: Adhere to the impartial status of third parties, strive to implement the quality policy of "fairness, objectivity, standardization, rigor, and continuous improvement", and work in strict accordance with national laws, guidelines, policies, and the rules and regulations of the assessment center.
Article 3: Do not engage in activities that are detrimental to the reputation and interests of the assessment center, and oppose and resist all kinds of improper interference.
Article 4: Strictly observe the certification secrets and safeguard the legitimate interests of certified enterprises.
Article 5: No product intervention, market competition and conflict of interest of certified enterprises are allowed.
Article 6: It is not allowed to make any request to the certification company that has nothing to do with the certification business or accept the certification company's finances, and not to participate in banquets, entertainment, tourism and other activities that affect impartiality and integrity.
Article 7: Obey leaders, obey assignments, take care of the overall situation, unite and help each other, be humble and prudent, abide by discipline and law, be honest and decent, and wait for others.
Article 8: Factory inspectors must consciously accept supervision and inspection, have the responsibility, and have the obligation to resist some activities and behaviors that violate fairness, independence of judgment, and operating honesty.
Article 9: The contract and agreement reached or signed with the certification enterprise shall be performed earnestly and on time, and the interests of the certification enterprise shall not be damaged.
Article 10: truthfully inform all certification companies about the scope of authorization, certification capabilities, responsibilities they should bear, obligations they should perform, the actual certification process and results, charging standards and rights of certification companies, and faithfully maintain the knowledge of all certification companies right.
